Objective: to improve the results of treatment of patients with complicated forms of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer with concomitant diseases gastropancreatoduodenectomy zone controlled by the use of procaine sympathetic denervation and magnetic therapy. We observed from 2006 to 2012, there were 183 patients with complicated forms of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum between the ages of 18 to 79 years. For the prevention of postoperative pancreatitis, gastric stasis and intestinal paresis in the pre-and post-operative period was used novocaine controlled sympathetic denervation in combination with magneto in the postoperative period. Managed novocaine sympathetic denervation was performed by catheterization of the left paravertebral space. Application of controlled procaine sympathetic denervation and the impact of the alternating magnetic fi eld on the breast plexus in the postoperative period in patients with complicated peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum with comorbidities gastropancreatoduodenectomy zone allowed: to reduce the incidence of early postoperative complications by 37,0 %, to facilitate the postoperative period in patients who developed early postoperative complications; achieve an earlier improvement of clinical and laboratory and instrumental performance, reduce postoperative mortality of 8,3 %, shorten the duration of hospitalization by 6,2 days.
