From a biopharmaceutical position the most important indicator of modern medicinal forms is the Dissolution test which allows to defi ne, the preparation in an organism will how fast be dissolved, and theoretically to assume through what time its therapeutic action will start being shown. Along with it, obtaining more detailed and objective data about a studied preparation is possible when studying release of medicinal substance not on one point, and on dissolution profi les. In this connection, the comparative assessment of profi les of dissolution of biologically active agents from developed by us on the basis of aspen bark dry extract, capsules «Ekorsin forte 0,35» and the tablets «Ekorsin GR 0,35», and as forecasting of their duration of stay in a stomach was carried out. Researches showed that release of phenolic acids in the sour environment is slowed down in comparison with the neutral environment (water cleared). Therefore for increase of biological availability of a capsule «Ekorsin forte 0,35» should be washed down with a signifi cant amount of water (not less than 150 ml). In the researches «in vitro» it is established that the tablets «Ekorsin GR 0,35» at the expense of increase in the volume in the environment of corresponding рН a stomach can have the directed gastrozashchitny effect during 24 h with gradual release of active ingredients.
