The comparative analysis of structure, characteristics and some applications of lichen amino-β-oligosaccharides and hitozan is carried out. It is shown that the preparations received from tissues of lichen raw materials with application of technology of an extraction in the medium of supercritical carbon dioxide, possess detoxicating and antibiotic properties. Mechano-chemical biotechnologies allow receiving in one stage highly active solid-phase supramolecular complexes consisting from universal «active filler» - lichen amino-β- oligosaccharides and farmakon of any nature (lichen acids of antibiotic actions, known preparations of antibiotic, immunomodulating, adaptogenic and cytostatic action, complex of vitamin and trace element ). These complexes are capable of substantially reduce bioeffective dose which is especially important in such fields as oncology radioprotection, sports medicine.
