The article contains results of monitoring of retail sales of medicines and biologically active substances in the Republic of Armenia in cash and in kind, and also sets out data monitoring the advertising of medicines in mass media. Decrease in volumes of sales of at the end of the fi rst half of 2013 and 3 quarter of 2013 seriously accelerated the processes of consolidation in the pharmacy segment. Segment BAD in Armenia is characterized by signifi cant growth of about 12 % in monetary and physical terms for the second half of 2013. Until 2015 the integration effect in the pharmacy business has assessed only on the market of dietary SUPPLEMENTS, which are freely traded on the territory of the customs Union. So starting in 2010, the share of BAD Armenian production on the Russian market steadily decreases in cash and in kind, and the share of Russian BAD in the Armenian market grows basically in real terms by most cheap items. On the basis of the research made the forecast for the year 2014.
