We conducted a detailed study of the structure of organic bentonite clay. We studied the possibility of contamination by various groups of microorganisms and ability of formation of persistent connections with disinfectants. For research has been used organic bentonite provided «Lisskon». The infl uence of net organic bentonite in the standard strains of Escherichia coli 113-13 and Staphylococcus aureus 209 P. Our results showed that there are spores of bacilli and cocci in initial material. On the basis of the obtained data, we developed the technology of using of biologically active organic bentonite clay for complex treatment of drinking and waste waters from various surfactants and microorganisms including their pathogenic forms.
